Sorry, this is going to be a short letter again, but it is full of love! :)

The baptism went extremely well. The woman that was baptized is SO incredible! Sister S and I agree that our musical number was the best when we played it there. The practices were just okay. It was a very special experience for everyone there.

So... I'm getting transferred again. :) Tomorrow is when I leave Cherry Grove. Sister S was heaven sent for me. I couldn't ask for a better companion. I'm really sad, but I know that I've fulfilled my purpose here at this time. I have no regrets. Also, I'm training. I just found out a few hours ago and I still don't know what to think. I'm scared out of my mind, but I have more faith in Heavenly Father. Hopefully because I don't know much He can do more with me. Please pray for me and my new companion!

Miracles continue to happen! Please don't be afraid to talk to people. This is part of your lifestyle, not just a religion. When you open your mouth Heavenly Father can fill it. Pay attention to thoughts you have because often that's how you can help others when they come to mind. I'm grateful for the opportunity to be here. I hope you all have a wonderful week!

Hello, everybody!!! This has been one of the best weeks of my life. :) I just love being a missionary. The work is hard and the rewards are priceless. I have learned so much while I've been here, and I can hardly wait to learn more!

The man that we taught on the doorstep rocks! We taught him twice more last week and he came to church yesterday. It makes him feel good, so we're working on teaching him that he feels the Holy Ghost. He will be baptized in March, so please pray for him!

We had a specialized training meeting with President and Sister Porter. That day was incredible! We can now go to the temple! That is the best news I think I've heard as a missionary. :D I pretty much started bawling... I wasn't a crier until I became a Sister missionary. Go figure.

This weekend Sister S and I will be playing a duet at a baptism. The woman we've been teaching is getting baptized and loves the hymn 'I Know that my Redeemer Lives,' so we're arranging it. Sister S will play violin and I'll play piano. We're thrilled! This woman is as solid as they come. She bought her own quad, scripture case, and what she refers to as "goodies." She loves the gospel and is inviting other investigators to her baptism. She inspires and amazes me.

Miracles never cease. I have been so blessed to help with the work in Cherry Grove. I've never been so happy in my life! This is the best decision I've made in my life so far. I love the Book of Mormon and I love my Savior. I hope that y'all have an awesome week!

Hey, everyone! So maybe time is a short thing here... Sorry this is going to be short.

Miracle: While Sister S and I were in an area, we felt strongly that we needed to knock on someone's door. As we knocked on one, a man answered the door. We totally talked about football until he felt comfortable with us. Thanks, Dad! :) We then taught him the restoration on his doorstep. It was incredible. He wants to know more and we'll be seeing him again this week.

Stake conference was amazing! Sister S and I helped 4 youth, President and Sister Porter, the stake Relief Society president and the stake president "weave" ropes as an object lesson. Elder Bennett of the 70 was the one to talk us through it. It was fun to see people from my last area. The talks were so special to an investigator and less active we had with us. I know that those talks were inspired and powerful.

Gotta go! The church is true! Have a wonderful week!

So p-day ends in like 1 minute, and since this is my first opportunity to write, this is sadly going to be super short.

This has been a week full of miracles! The young woman was still baptized (pics next week) even though MUCH opposition faced her. We spent some of today cleaning the font, so the short email is worth it. :) We miraculously met a woman who once learned from some missionaries when we asked if we could borrow her shovel to clear her neighbor's sidewalk.

The church is true! Have an awesome week!

This week has been SO wonderful and crazy! I have to do bullet points because I have to go soon.

~ We met a few people that are just ready for the gospel. We have done a lot of reactivating, so we expect part member families to be sealed in about 1 year. :)

~ The gospel is about changing hearts, not habits.

~ Heart attacking doors is pretty much the best adrenaline rush.

~ A 13 year old girl is going to get baptized this Saturday (more prayers, please!) and a woman who's husband is less active is getting baptized on Feb 15.

~ Our Elders are pretty much the best! The priesthood is awesome! Sister Syndergaard showed Alma 17:18 to me and we love it!

~ Check out the great Ohio Cincinnati Mission facebook page for the media split day we had! Share pictures, videos, etc that you like.

~ The church is true and I have to go!

Have an awesome week!

2nd Area

Hello, everyone! This last week has been full of lots of changes. Life goes on in Little Miami, but I am now in Cherry Grove, OH. I love it here already! I miss the people in my last area, but I know that I'm needed here, and I can already see what my experiences in LM will help me do here. The ward is fantastic and keeping us busy. Our Bishop here even served with Dana McCurdy, so that's pretty awesome. :) Sister S is my new companion. She's from Roosevelt, UT and super amazing. She has taught me SO much already. I can already tell that we're going to have a wonderful transfer.

Since I haven't met many people here, I don't have a lot of stories. However, I do request that you'll send a special prayer to the investigators here. One in particular is near rock bottom in a way I can't understand. I want to help this investigator understand the Atonement. That's really all I can do.

I know that Jesus Christ is my Savior. I know that because of Him we can change and become better than we even hope to be. That's why I came here - I have a witness and I want to help others experience what I know to be true. I have seen broken people fill the crevasses of their torn hearts with the love of God. That changes them and strengthens my knowledge of the Atonement.

Thank you for the prayers you have already offered. I can see them helping me and others. I am glad to be here and I'll write more later. Have a fantastic week!

Oops! I forgot something - Sister S and I were doubled in, which means we both came from different areas. Since neither one of us has been here before, the miracles are all the greater. We love it here!

Hello, everyone! I hope that you had a great new year celebration! Last Monday we had a zone party at President Jensen's house. He's one of the counselors for the mission. We played pool, ping pong, Foosball, card games, and watched 17 Miracles. You'll be surprised to hear that I also played the grand piano. :)

The missionaries were asked to be in by 7 on New Year's Eve, so Sister L. and I watched Mr. Kruger's Christmas, had some treats, and went to bed at 10:30. We set an alarm for 11:58 so that we could be awake for the new year... we heard it at 12:22. I think we wished each other a happy new year before we went back to sleep. :) A couple that we've been teaching took us to an Asian buffet, so I had frog legs, squid tentacle, and sushi for lunch. Best new year yet!

Thursday was an awesome day for us! Maybe it's because in the morning we brushed off 4-5 inches of snow off of every car in the parking lot. :) We reached almost every goal and found a deaf couple to teach. We actually met him once before Christmas and left a copy of The Book of Mormon with him. He read 11 pages of every book since he got it! They read our lips and talk pretty clearly, so communication isn't too tricky. They're very interested and we're excited to teach them.

One investigator we have decided last Friday to quit smoking. She has been anxious to stop, but is finding it to be harder than she'd expected. Please keep her in your prayers. She wants to come to church and be baptized. With her faith she can make it, but she needs a little boost. I love her very much and I know that she can do it if she will rely on Jesus Christ and His Atonement.

Well, transfers are this Thursday. I'm pretty nervous. I don't feel like I'm going anywhere, but Sister L. has been here for 8 months. No one thinks she's staying. What am I going to do without her?! I know it will work out the way it's supposed to, so I'm trying not to worry too much. At least I know that I won't be training anyone. Whew!

Life is wonderful! Thank you for the prayers. Believe me when I say that I need them! I know that no matter what happens, the Savior will be my anchor through thick and thin, through 65 degree weather or -30 degree weather (which is what it is with windchill right now). Talk to y'all next week!
